Gas network
We work every day to ensure the efficiency of the network, continuity of service and intervention in the event of an emergency.

We distribute gas with the end consumer in mind
We have activated an agreement with 14 consumer associations recognized by the National Council of Consumers and Users (CNCU) to facilitate dialogue with end customers. We want to develop a memorandum of understanding to improve the quality indices of the service we offer.
We will work to:
- Inform the consumer about the correct use of energy resources
- Replace traditional meters with smart meters
- Monitor every six months the tools used
In addition, to support and collaborate with the final consumer, in addition to providing a number for emergencies, as required by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and Environment (ARERA) and for meter failures, we have opened another toll-free number voluntarily, to provide more and more support to the consumer.
Do you need help?
Emergencies and faults with the old meter
Active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The service is free, as is the emergency technical intervention.
800-900-999Customer service
Active on weekdays, from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 20.00 for requests and information regarding the meter replacement activity and for information on the natural gas distribution service

Our quality in a regulated sector
We want to offer granting administrations, sales companies and end consumers an efficient service, capable of guaranteeing quality from both a commercial and technical point of view, as required by the former ARERA standards with the current RQDG resolution.
In other words, the quality of the service is related to the estimation and execution of the work at the end consumers, the activation and deactivation of the supply, the punctuality for appointments, the emergency response times and the number of checks carried out for odorization.
Scheduled Scatter Search
In our daily activity, we periodically inspect the entire network to ensure its efficiency, in terms of continuity and safety of service. The planned search for leaks is necessary to avoid gas leaks from the distribution system, to intervene promptly in the event of any leaks and to schedule maintenance and redevelopment interventions.
For effective monitoring and maintenance of the network, we have a territorial information system, based on maps and key information for the correct location and management of the components of the distribution system: from technical systems to safety accessories, to the different specifications of the pipes (location, laying depth, diameter, material, pressure, etc.).
In the programmed search for dispersions, in addition to traditional flame ionization or semiconductor devices, we use advanced instruments such as laser detectors that allow us to obtain better selectivity, resolution and intervention capacity; we also use innovative technologies such as Picarro Surveyor
