It is the digital inspection that can be managed entirely by the customer, by uploading photos and detailed information about the system. After submitting the required data, a technician will immediately handle your request; if the information is sufficient, no further action will be needed: the quote is ready!

• If you request the quote through MyItalgas, you complete the questionnaire directly on the portal during the submission process.
• If you request the quote from a Sales Company, you will receive instructions for completing the form via SMS and/or email.

Note: This method may not always be available due to the complexity of some jobs.

If the requested work proves to be particularly complex, one of our technicians will come on-site to perform the inspection and gather additional information.

Methane Gas Connection: Procedures and Contacts

• If you requested the quote through a Sales Company and the Self or Virtual Inspection is insufficient, contact the Sales Company to schedule a Physical Inspection.
• If the Sales Company immediately schedules a physical inspection for you, but you can take advantage of the ClickToGas Selfy service, follow the instructions you receive via SMS.
• If you requested the quote through MyItalgas and after the digital inspections the technician needs further details on-site, you can easily schedule a Physical Inspection directly from the portal.

After accepting the quote, to schedule the work appointment, you will need to send us the necessary documentation.
Access MyItalgas and go to the “My Requests” section to fill out, sign, and submit the forms directly online. Follow the instructions, and remember that you may also need to upload a photo of the niche or housing prepared for the meter.
You can find all the documentation in your quote file as well.
Once submitted, the documentation will need to be verified and confirmed. You can monitor your application and check the status of the verification.
If you requested the quote from a Sales Company, you can also ask for their support in submitting the documentation. With ClickToGas Doc, the Sales Company can submit the documentation on your behalf: simply provide them with the completed forms, and they will handle the rest.
