PM Program and Wetrain, represent Italgas’ commitment to enhancing and developing human capital, ensuring that its employees are prepared to face future challenges and contribute to the company’s success.
The PM Program is dedicated to the training and development of employee skills in project management and includes:
- Training and certification courses in project management
- Application of standardized methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile
- Expert support and mentoring

Wetrain is focused on the technical and professional training of employees and includes:
- Technical training courses and courses on new technologies

Female leadership
Italgas’ Female Leadership Program aims to enhance the leadership skills of female colleagues, reducing gender imbalance and increasing the presence of women in managerial roles. Main features:
- Exchange and Networking Initiatives: activities that promote the exchange of experiences and inspiration on the distinctive traits of female leadership, facilitating the comparison with both internal and external role models
- Mentoring and Strategic Development: intercompany mentoring paths and development of strategic skills to promote inclusive leadership
- Impact: improved individual perModuleance of participants and significant increase of women in strategic managerial positions
Coaching e Mentorship
Our Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring path is designed to encourage the dissemination of skills among different generations and professions. It provides for the exchange of different professional experiences and baccalaureates.
Born from the initiative of our Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors of the “Age & Culture” stream, WeInspire involved pairs of mentors and mentees from all Group companies. The couples collaborated by sharing tips and suggestions to enhance their uniqueness, building solid relationships that strengthen the foundations of today’s and tomorrow’s Italgas.
