PM Program and Wetrain, represent Italgas’ commitment to enhancing and developing human capital, ensuring that its employees are prepared to face future challenges and contribute to the company’s success.

The PM Program is dedicated to the training and development of employee skills in project management and includes:

  • Application of standardized methodologies such as PMBOK and Agile
  • Expert support and mentoring
  • Continuous performance monitoring for continuous improvement

Wetrain is focused on the technical and professional training of employees and includes:

Female leadership

Italgas’ Female Leadership Program aims to enhance the leadership skills of female colleagues, reducing gender imbalance and increasing the presence of women in managerial roles. Main features:

  • Exchange and Networking Initiatives: activities that promote the exchange of experiences and inspiration on the distinctive traits of female leadership, facilitating the comparison with both internal and external role models
  • Mentoring and Strategic Development: intercompany mentoring paths and development of strategic skills to promote inclusive leadership
  • Impact: improved individual perModuleance of participants and significant increase of women in strategic managerial positions

Coaching e Mentorship

Our Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring path is designed to encourage the dissemination of skills among different generations and professions. It provides for the exchange of different professional experiences and baccalaureates.

Born from the initiative of our Diversity & Inclusion Ambassadors of the “Age & Culture” stream, WeInspire involved pairs of mentors and mentees from all Group companies. The couples collaborated by sharing tips and suggestions to enhance their uniqueness, building solid relationships that strengthen the foundations of today’s and tomorrow’s Italgas.

  • Mentoring

    Process of inspiration and transformation through a supportive and learning relationship between an experienced figure and a person eager to grow both personally and professionally.

  • Reverse Mentoring

    Intergenerational learning process in which people with less managerial experience offer their know-how to senior colleagues, for example on digital aspects.

  • Mentor

    The mentor helps the mentee to develop his or her professionalism in the organizational and cultural context in which he or she operates.

  • Mentee

    The mentee reflects on his or her professional characteristics and skills to enhance them and make them evolve in harmony with organizational and cultural transformations.

    Other training courses

    • WeTrain

      WeTrain is the in-house train the trainer initiative that involves employees as teachers to guide their colleagues towards acquiring skills in network and plant design, asset digitisation, Picarro inspections, site control, and emergency response. The program is designed with the scope to identify and address the priority and strategic technical training needs for the company. The training focus on 4 major topics: planning knowing how to design an ad hoc training intervention, teaching, knowing and knowing how to manage the learning process, the report, promote the classroom relationship and create credibility, the tools, knowing how to use the best tools for one’s goal.

    • WeInspire

      WeInspire is the pathway dedicated to Mentoring and Reverse Mentoring created with the aim of fostering the development and growth of people in a logic of exchange between different experiences and professional maturities.

    • WeSpeak

      Having an international vocation, such as the one that led the Group to acquire the Greek DEPA Infrastructure, means being multilingual. This is why WeSpeak, a guide to foreign language knowledge and improvement, was created.

    • WeInclude

      The valorisation and inclusion of diversity represent an opportunity for personal and collective enrichment. WeInclude, a training course promoted by Italgas D&I Ambassadors to promote inclusive behaviour and practices within the Group, was born on these assumptions.

    • WeDrive

      WeDrive is the Academy’s course dedicated to safe and eco-sustainable driving. Through periodic meetings, both theoretical and practical, the corporate population will be made aware of the risks involved in using cars and the correct behaviour to adopt.

    • WeGrow

      WeGrow is a growth training plan based on self-empowerment. It will help people mature initiative, decision-making and incisiveness by developing strategic vision.

    • WeLead

      WeLead is the pathway for new managers to develop skills and tools for business and team management and development.

    • WeManageAProject

      WeManageAProject is the course that aims at enhancing project management skills. It also represents an important opportunity for personal growth and development as it aims to develop technical, managerial, organisational and behavioural skills
