The selection process adapts to the experience of the candidates and the specific needs of the role to be filled.

Send us your CV
Apply through our career portal, selecting the ideal position for you. We also collect applications through partnerships with schools, universities and Masters and participate in numerous recruiting days.

CV Screening:
We carefully review CVs and applications to identify profiles in line with open positions. In this phase, the following are subject to evaluation: course of study, internship or work experience, language knowledge, extracurricular activities, experiences abroad, availability for geographical mobility.
Interview with HR
If your profile is interesting, our Talent Acquisition team will contact you for a phone interview where we will assess your interest in the role and your journey together.
In-depth interviews
The first cognitive call will be followed by one or more interviews, online or at one of our locations, during which you will meet the Hiring Manager of the position and the Human Resources representatives. During these meetings your technical and behavioural skills will be assessed:
Assessment of technical skills
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your specialist skills and academic preparation. The technical managers of the area in which you will operate will evaluate your ability to transfer theoretical knowledge into practical solutions within the working context of Italgas. This step is crucial to making sure you can contribute effectively from day one, bringing innovation and expertise to your team.
Assessment of behavioural skills
Through situational questions we will explore your communication, teamwork and leadership skills to identify the interpersonal qualities that make a difference in your professional life. In fact, we are looking for candidates capable of integrating harmoniously into a dynamic work environment.
Conclusion of the process
If the entire selection process is successful, you will be contacted by the HR Contact Person to formalise the offer.

If your application passes the first screening, you will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition Team for a cognitive interview during which your previous experiences, their affinity with the role and interest in the proposed position will be deepened.

Through this method, we can determine if your personal profile matches the qualities required for the available role.
