Umbria Distribuzione Gas

Since 2006 we have been continuously and safely supplying natural gas to the citizens and production activities of Terni.

We distribute natural gas in Umbria and serve the city of Terni with around 50,000 supply points and almost 60 million cubic metres of gas distributed every year.

    Our share capital

    Three important entities hold our share capital.
    • 45% Italgas

      European leader in the natural gas distribution sector.
    • 40% ASM Terni

      Company of the Municipality of Terni that manages the city's water, electricity and urban hygiene services.
    • 15% Acea SpA

      One of the most important Italian multi-utilities based in Rome, mainly active in water and electricity services.
