We are present in Italy and Greece for gas distribution activities. We operate on the national territory for energy efficiency and water network management activities. We are present on the international market for information technology services.
Our gas distribution activities
The map below illustrates our presence, both in Italy and in Greece.
In Italy we operate on a large part of the national territory and we are committed to extending the service to unserved areas. The current 2023-2029 Strategic Plan [link to the Strategy in IR page] provides for important investments for the development, digitisation and repurposing of the Italian gas distribution network. We are also carrying out the methanation process of Sardinia, building “digital native” networks and progressively converting networks powered by propane and LPG to natural gas.
Since 2022, we have also been present in Greece for having won the international tender launched by the Greek government for the privatization of the national gas distribution operator. The business plan of the joint venture Enaon aims to develop the service by promoting the extension of networks and the digital transformation of those already in operation.
